Wait List Openings - Caples Terrace and Fort Vancouver Apartments

Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Housing Authority will open the following waitlists on May 15, 2019:  

Caples Terrace located at 500 Omaha Way, Vancouver WA 98661 will open for occupancy in July 2019.These studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units are in a non-smoking building designated for youth aged 18-24 who are, or have been, in foster care or homeless unaccompanied youth. Applicants are referred from the Bridgeview Self-Sufficiency for Youth Program. Applications for the Program are only available through the Bridgeview website at www.gobridgeview.orgwww.gobridgeview.orgwww.gobridgeview.org, or at the Bridgeview Resource Center, located at 505 Omaha Way, Vancouver WA 98661. Once referred by Bridgeview, units are offered to qualified applicants based on the date and time of application. Fort Vancouver located at 2509 Columbia Street, Vancouver WA 98660

These 1 bedroom units are in a non-smoking building and are designated for persons with chronic mental illness. Income limit qualifications range from $30,800 for a family of one to $35,200 for a family of two. Applications for this building will be available on our website at www.vhausa.org or in our office located at 2500 Main St, Vancouver, WA 98660.
